Celebrating two years of PARADISE project marks a significant milestone in our journey of discovery and innovation. Over the past two years, our team has worked tirelessly, overcoming challenges and achieving key breakthroughs. This celebration is a testament to the dedication and collaboration that have fueled our progress. As we reflect on our successes, we also look forward to the next stages of exploration and impact. Here’s to continued growth, learning, and advancing science together!
You can find here some achievements :
– We have successfully delivered the first 9 deliverables for the PARADISE project
– Completed the quality, completeness verification and harmonisation across the data and samples from Rare Kidney Disease biobank in Ireland and the IDIBELL biobank in Spain
– Partner TCD has led the development of a data pre-processing pipeline to reliably ingest source datasets, applies clearing, imputation and harmonisation algorithms to generate a consolidated dataset to drive the PARADISE physician-facing tool
Developed the statistical plan and methodology to underpin the algorithm that will drive the PARADISE physician-facing tool
– Clinical and laboratory test generated data for potential new biomarkers will be embedded into multifactorial prediction models of relapse risk to be used in the PARADISE physician-facing tool, partners KTH and Firalis have identified novel biomarkers for this purpose
– Developed a set of AI data characterisation indicators and data quality assessment methods for AI developers to populate to ensure transparency about what drives the AI.
– Participation of all the PARADISE partners and PAG members to conferences and events to raise awareness to our project
